Online Hotel & Resort Booking Step by Step
This booking manual describes, step by step, how you send a booking enquiry and book a hotel or resort at DiscountThailandHotel.com. If you are new to this, it could be a good idea to have this manual opened as a helping hand. Please note that you can send several booking enquires to different hotels, it doesn't cost you anything, it just gives you the possibility to choose between several hotels. This is especially good during high season when many hotels are fully booked. Remember, only the booking that you pay deposit for, after receiving the answers from the booking enquiries, will be valid and guaranteed. It is totally free of charge to send booking enquiries.
1. When you have found the hotel you want to book, click the button "Enquiry & Reservation"
2. In the Enquiry & Reservation page, specify check in and check out dates and the type of room that you want.
3. Then, continue to fill in your personal information.
4. Then you are ready! Just click the button "Send enquiry / reservation" and you're done! Normally, witin 12 hours you'll get an answer by mail with detailed information about total cost and how much deposit you'll need to pay to secure your booking. All information regarding the booking and the payment can be found in this mail. The mail is also sent out from your personal contact person at the booking organisation, and you are free to reply to the email and ask more questions.
5. After some hours, when you have received the email with all booking and payment details, click link "pay deposit online".
6. On the secured online payment system page, choose payment option and then click the button "continue pay".
7. Enter your credit card information, and then click the button "Pay".
